AI enablement built for the reality of work.
Ease & Empire is led by Kelsey Aquino, a marketing strategist with 14 years of experience across enterprise, media, healthcare, and high-growth teams.
Kelsey has worked in environments where output has to survive real targets, approval chains, customer expectations, and limited time. That is the lens she brings to AI: the tool is only valuable when people can apply it to actual work and judge the result well.
Her background includes PepsiCo, Gannett, healthcare and wellness organizations, and the Ronin Creator Program at Sky Mavis. She has also built and sold AI-powered diagnostic tools, client-recall products, custom internal software, and the multi-agent system she uses to run her own operation.
Ease & Empire now brings that experience into practical workshops and team enablement. Sessions are built around the reports, follow-ups, briefs, research, planning, and handoffs teams already own—not abstract demonstrations.
The beauty and aesthetics product line remains part of the company as a working example of the same philosophy: turn expertise into a useful system people can apply immediately.
The goal is not to make your team more impressed by AI. It is to make them more capable with it.
What this looks like in practice.
- Start with a clear team outcome, not a tour of AI features.
- Use the tools your organization has already approved.
- Practice on real workflows and real quality standards.
- Document the workflows worth repeating.
- Teach people how to review AI output, not blindly trust it.
